How do I return my hire vehicle?
Returns
Vehicles must be returned as per your rental agreement contract. If you wish to extend, please contact the offices at sales@1300truckhire.com.au or 4032 3448. Please note if the vehicle is not in use but has not been returned to 1300Truckhire it will remain on hire.
After-hours Returns
Please park the vehicle out the front of our office. The key drop box is located on our front door.
I have been in an accident what happens next?
1300 Truckhire Insurance
Single Vehicle Excess (one vehicle involved in an accident) = $2500 excess
Standard Vehicle Excess (more than one vehicle involved in an accident) = $750 excess
Tyre Damage: The hirer assumes all responsibility for tyres.
Vehicle Damage: The hirer assumes all responsibility for the vehicle damage.
If you have been involved in an accident please see the Motor Vehicle Claim Form below to be completed and emailed to accounts@1300truckhire.com.au

Depending on your location emergency services may not be available on weekends or public holidays. In this case please email sales@1300truckhire.com.au with your information so we can arrange services required and we will contact you as soon as emergency services reopen.
