Cleaning
The vehicle needs to clean, rubbish and red dust removed. The closest car wash to 1300 Truckhire is Caltex Cairns Kenny Street or McSuds Car Spa Vehicles returned dirty will incur min $250 cleaning fee.
Returns
Vehicles must be returned as per your rental agreement contract. If you wish to extend, please contact the offices at sales@1300truckhire.com.au or 4032 3448. Please note if the vehicle is not in use but has not been returned to 1300Truckhire it will remain on hire.
After-hours Returns
Please park the vehicle out the front of our office. The key drop box is located on our front door.

I have been in an accident, what happens next?
1300 Truckhire Insurance
Single Vehicle Excess (one vehicle involved in an accident) = $2500 excess
Standard Vehicle Excess (more than one vehicle involved in an accident) = $750 excess
Tyre Damage: The hirer assumes all responsibility for tyres.
Vehicle Damage: The hirer assumes all responsibility for the vehicle damage.
